First seen in Part 2 - Terror in the Depths of the Fog, this mysterious spectre has been spotted in the fog simply whispering the word "Michael", perhaps tempting him to go toward it. It takes the form of a human being, but it's features are always concealed behind the thick blanket of fog that plagues the town of Silent Hill. It seems that wherever the Fog Shade can be found, danger is just around the corner.
