Q:
Why no voice-overs?
A: I would hate to destroy a visual movie with
bad voice acting, so I'd rather leave the voices to the viewer.
Instead, I provided subtitles, but as few as possible. Think of
the project as a visual montage rather than an actual cinematic
film.
Q:
Silent Hill is notorious for it's "alternate reality"
worlds. What can we expect with this?
A: The absence of "alternate reality"
in the earlier parts (except for mere previews of it) are intentional
due to storyline purposes. The dark world will definately be present,
and I'm working hard to make it as disturbing as possible. I don't
think you'll be disappointed.
Q:
What are your influences for this project?
A: Besides Silent Hill, it'd be movies like Jacob's
Ladder, Requiem for a Dream, Pi, Seven, and Japenese cult flicks
like Ringu (The Ring) and Ju-On (The Grudge). Others include famous
Philosophers and their theories, and my own sick imagination. Some
of the things in the movie are from my own dreams.
